I founded All Good Consulting after decades of work in collective impact, systems change, and cross-sector collaboration—partnering with leaders at both national and community levels to improve outcomes for children, families, and communities. My work has ranged from serving as a nonprofit CEO and United Way executive to supporting national organizations, federally funded initiatives, and community partnerships.
Across this work, I’ve seen that even the strongest partnerships and evidence-informed strategies depend on something more—the clarity, alignment, and human dynamics that shape how leaders think, communicate, and act together in real-world conditions. These factors often determine whether collaborative efforts move forward with consistency and impact.
That understanding led me to develop the Intentional Impact Approach, informed by both experience and research in behavioral science, neuroscience, and organizational change, along with sustained mindfulness practice and regulation-informed perspectives.
I approach this work as a partner—co-creating with leaders and system stakeholders to strengthen the conditions that support coordinated action and sustained progress. When those conditions are in place, collaboration becomes more aligned, more resilient, and better able to produce meaningful results over time.
At its core, All Good reflects a simple intention: to contribute to work that strengthens communities and supports people in thriving—for the greater good.
